SCADASCOPE Services
SCADASCOPE is based in Sydney (Australia) and can provide onsite assistance for planning, installing and commissioning your system on-site within the Sydney metropolitan area. We operate from 7.00 AM to 7.00 PM weekdays, Sydney time.
SCADASCOPE is designed to be installed by the user, with our help - but if you need us, we'll be there for you. We're working with partners to provide onsite support outside of Sydney (and Australia) and won't let anyone down. If necessary, we'll pack our bags and get to you.
Each SCADASCOPE unit comes with 30 minutes free phone / email support for setup and commissioning – that means 30 minutes for every Radio/WiFi Gateway, Master Controller or Sensor Controller module you buy. The support is non-consecutive, so if you talk to us for 10 minutes, you still have 20 minutes left for any other questions. In most cases this will be more than enough to install and commission your SCADASCOPE solution, with time left over for any questions you may have after you’re up and running.
SCADASCOPE will specify all components required to commission your system, liaise with installers (as part of your included phone support or as an engaged additional on-site service), provide diagrams, configuration details and detailed step-by-step instructions to ensure the successful installation of your system.

Our Services Fee is $85.00 per hour.

We pre-configure and test your SCADASCOPE system free-of-charge prior to dispatch.

We setup a basic version of your control panel free-of-charge prior to dispatch.

We discuss, plan and quote for your system free-of-charge before anything happens.

We provide detailed installation guides and a custom diagram of your installation free-of-charge.

We provide onsite services within the Sydney Metropolitan area at $85.00 per hour.

We do not install plumbing or infrastructure but will liaise with and coordinate qualified people to do that work as part of your Support Allowance or as additional Services at $85.00 per hour.

We do not install external control devices but will coordinate with qualified people (yours or 3rd party) to ensure the job is done properly.

International Phone support is available between the hours 7.00am to 1.30pm GMT except by prior arrangement
